     Honor the varied experiences, backgrounds, learning styles and viewpoints of your fellow founders.

  • Engage Constructively:
     Ask questions, offer help, and share resources in the spirit of community.

  • Stay On Topic:
     Ensure that your contributions are relevant to the class goals and session themes..

  • Share Resources Thoughtfully:
     When sharing materials, provide context and ensure they are beneficial to the group.

🚫 DON’T:

  • Solicit or Promote:
     Refrain from promoting products, services, or events without prior invitation or approval.

  • Disrupt the Space:
     Any form of inappropriate language, personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, or offensive and off-topic content will not be tolerated.

  • Spam, DM or Irrelevant Messaging:
     Avoid sending repetitive or unrelated messages to individuals or groups.

  • Breach our Confidentiality:
     Do not share personal, private information or proprietary content outside the CCPG Academy without consent.

⚖️ IF GUIDELINES ARE VIOLATED:

  • Content Removal:
     Inappropriate content may be edited or removed by moderators.

  • Warnings or Suspensions:
     Participants may receive warnings or temporary suspensions based on the severity of the violation.

  • Permanent Removal:
     Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the CPG Academy and its associated platforms.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the CPG Academy (CPGA), a learning space created by Naturally Network to support early-stage and emerging CPG brands. By enrolling in any CPG Academy class, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in CPGA programming, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. Your access to any course materials, sessions, or communications is contingent upon this agreement.

2. Eligibility

CPGA classes are intended for Naturally Network members and early-stage CPG brand founders. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to represent your company or organization.

3. Access & Use of Materials

Access to course materials is limited to enrolled members. All content—videos, templates, workbooks, and downloads—are for your personal or team’s educational use only.

You may not:

  • Share or transfer access to others outside your brand

  • Reproduce, distribute, or republish materials without written permission

4. Platform Use

You agree to use the CPG Academy platform(s), including Thinkific, responsibly. This means:

  • Not attempting to access accounts or information that is not yours

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Refraining from misuse or disruption of the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All class content, including but not limited to curriculum, presentations, branding, videos, and toolkits, are the intellectual property of Naturally Network and/or its collaborators. No content may be copied, repurposed, or used for commercial gain without permission.

6. Community Participation

You are expected to follow our Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct, which outline acceptable behavior and engagement standards. Violations may result in removal from the program.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect basic personal information (e.g., name, email, brand name, usage activity) to deliver course content and improve the learning experience. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties outside of our learning and communications platforms. For full details, please refer to Naturally Network’s Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to the Program(s)

CPGA reserves the right to make updates or changes to course materials, schedules, instructors, or platforms as needed. We’ll notify you if any substantial changes affect your participation.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The CPG Academy provides educational content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes. We are not liable for any losses resulting from course participation, technology issues, or decision-making based on class materials.

10. Termination

Naturally Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to CPG programming for anyone who violates these Terms or the Code of Conduct. No refunds will be issued in such cases (if applicable).
